At the IFA show on Wednesday, Samsung showed Galaxy Note, this device is not only a phone, not just a Tablet PC, which combines both functionality and features. The device aboard a 5.3-inch resolution for 1280x800 Super AMOLED screen, you can make the pad strokes. Stylus Pen Along with the equipment called s Pen , you can use to paint, take notes and annotations.
It was alleged that flat property of the device is: such a large screen size can be a better photo and video shooting, you can also surf the Web. Characteristics of the smart phone and the device is reflected in: it can use 3G or faster LTE network.
The device uses Android 2.3 system, but at the same time also bound by many applications, making it can be used as a tablet to the user. S Memo (memo) supports handwriting or typing with function of photos memos and voice memos. S Planner (schedule) with the large screen of the device can create a schedule.
The Running speed of Galaxy Note Tab is the same with Galaxy 7.7 because both are mount the same dual-core 1.4GHz chip. HTC Officially announce the Titan and Radar
As if there was any doubt, HTC has “officially” announced the new Windows Phones the Titan and Radar. We just got the press release a few minutes ago.
Jay and Rich are still enjoying the Public Event over in London and we’ll have a re-cap once the dust settles. While we wait, here’s what HTC includes in their press release on these two new Windows Phones. Quoting from the release,
“The new HTC TITAN and HTC Radar smartphones raise the bar with new advanced photography, multimedia and social capabilities that enable you to take full advantage of the latest Windows Phone innovations.”
Both the Titan and Radar will include a camera with a fast, f2.2 aperture and wider 28mm lens. The sensor will be back-illuminated to provide better low-light performance. Each will have a panoramic feature to let you stitch photos together to create dynamic pictures of landscapes and skylines. Both cameras will have HD video capture capabilities. Maybe, just maybe, we will see an improved camera from HTC.
The Titan will sport a 4.7″ Super LCD screen, 8 megapixal rear camera, and a 1.3 megapixel front camera. The body will be constructed of brushed aluminum and only measure .38″ thick.
The Radar will sport a 3.8″ LCD screen and will have an aluminum unibody. While the press release doesn’t mention cameras, it does state that the Radar will be capable of speaking “face to face” with the new video calling. We’ve gotta believe that it will also have the 8 megapixel rear and 1.3 megapixel front cameras.
The HTC Titan and Radar will be broadly available from October 2011 globally, beginning in Europe and Asia. There is not telling how this translates to the U.S. Market. December maybe?

Here is yet another interesting rumor regarding the next generation iPhone 5. It is heard that the new device will carry support for both GSM and CDMA networks in a single handset. This means that the users will be able to switch impeccably between the two wireless network technologies.
Till a year back, Apple only manufactured a GSM-capable iPhone, as it was the only technology supported by Apple. This year Apple released a CDMA iPhone when it announced it would support Verizon. Despite having similar appearance, the CDMA and the GSM iPhones are actually entirely different devices built in different places. So now Apple has come up with the idea of building both GSM and CDMA in one phone.
The crossbreed iPhone that is expected to hit the market will include the hardware necessary to run on both CDMA networks, such as Verizon, and GSM networks, such as AT&T, allowing users to switch between those haulers, without having to replace the hardware. This change would make the iPhone the perfect travel smart phone, allowing it to work with practically any phone carrier in the world.
This is actually great news for users living in countries with CDMA carriers who frequently travel abroad. With this upcoming technology, they won’t need to carry along a separate GSM handset ever again but can easily switch networks when in different location.
